Important Notes

Delayed Delivery Guarantee
If your order has not arrived within 60 business days from the order date or the latest estimated delivery date (whichever is later), you may request a cancellation. In such cases, you are entitled to a full refund for any payment made on the order.
Insurance

Our products are packaged securely in standard export packaging. In the rare event that an item is damaged or lost in transit, vnker.com is not responsible. Insurance coverage, when purchased, is limited to the invoice value of the items.
If you’ve purchased insurance and wish to file a claim for lost or damaged goods, please contact us to initiate the claim. Refunds or replacements will be processed once we receive confirmation from the insurance provider.
