Shipping Destinations
We ship our products to most countries worldwide, except in cases where certain products are restricted or cannot be shipped to specific destinations. If your order cannot be shipped, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the product type, destination, shipping method, and selected warehouse. You can view an estimated shipping cost on each product’s description page and during checkout.
To calculate an estimate:
- Select the correct country in the “Country/Region” field.
- Choose your preferred shipping method.
- An estimated shipping cost will display.
The shipping costs shown at checkout reflect current rates for most destinations. If actual shipping costs exceed the estimate, we will inform you of any additional charges. Your confirmation will be required before we proceed with your order.
Delivery Time

If a product does not arrive within 60 business days from the order date or estimated delivery date (whichever is later), you may cancel the order. In this case, you will be entitled to a refund for any payment made on the order.
Insurance
You assume all risks of loss or damage to your purchased items during transit. Carriers may have limited liability for lost or damaged items. We recommend purchasing insurance to cover potential transit risks. For insurance options, please contact us for rate information.
Our products are packaged securely in standard export packaging. In the rare event that an item is damaged or lost in transit, vnker.com is not responsible. Insurance coverage, when purchased, is limited to the invoice value of the items.
If you’ve purchased insurance and wish to file a claim for lost or damaged goods, please contact us to initiate the claim. Refunds or replacements will be processed once we receive confirmation from the insurance provider.
