Price Protection
If you purchase a product and the price drops within 72 hours, you are eligible for a refund of the difference. Please contact us to initiate this process.
Best Price Guarantee
If you find the same product listed at a lower price elsewhere, let us know. In most cases, we will beat that price. Visit the product page on our website, click “Price Match,” and provide your feedback.
Address Accuracy
If you provide an incorrect delivery address, you will be responsible for 99% of any resulting liability. If you realize that an order has been placed with the wrong address, contact us immediately. However, if the order has already shipped, we cannot modify the address.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of payment confirmation for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours are possible if the order has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to request a refund after shipment, you must return the item upon receipt, and only a partial refund (excluding shipping costs) will be provided. 3-Day Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 3 days in its original, brand-new condition. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus shipping costs. Please note that spare parts cannot be returned if they have been installed and are functional.

Items Damaged in Transit
If you receive an item that is visibly damaged, please accept the package and contact us within 7 business days. Kindly provide the following evidence to help us resolve the issue:
- Photos of the front and back of the packaging box
- Photos or videos of the damaged item
- Close-up images or videos of the specific damaged parts
